For anything about Virgin Voyages and the onboard experience, read the Virgin Voyages FAQ's. Can't find your answer? Complete the Casting Call and I'll follow up directly.

What is the deposit?
A 20% deposit of the total voyage fare is due at the time of booking. Once you're confirmed, I'll walk you through exact numbers for your cabin category.
When does the cruise need to be fully paid for?
Final payment is due May 21, 2027. I recommend paying a day or two early in case of any payment processing issues.
Will there be group excursions?
No — this isn't a traditional group cruise with a fixed daily schedule. I'm happy to offer excursion suggestions and recommendations, but shore days are yours to plan as you like.
Can I use Future Voyage Credit or a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) Placeholder?
Yes. Email me first with your FVC or MNVV details before completing the Casting Call form, and I'll factor it into your booking. Note: MNVV placeholders purchased through a different travel agency can't be transferred into this group.
Can I book my own reservation elsewhere and still join the hosted experience?
Participation in Cast activities is for guests booked within our hosted group. If you've already booked this exact sailing independently, reach out before submitting the form — in some cases an existing reservation can be transferred into the group. Otherwise, complete the Casting Call and I'll handle your booking directly.
Can you help with flights?
I don't book flights for this sailing. You're responsible for arranging your own travel to and from Miami — I'm happy to share general timing guidance as your sail date approaches.
Will there be a group hotel?
Not a formal block, but I'll share recommendations as we get closer to sailing.
Will there be events onboard?
Yes — a hosted Meet & Greet, a Recognition Night, and casual hangouts throughout the sailing. Everyone 18+ is welcome.
What about passports?
A valid passport is required and must not expire before March 23, 2028 (6 months past our return date). Please confirm this requirement directly with Virgin Voyages closer to sailing, as document rules can change.
What if the cruise fare changes after I book?
Your cabin's rate and current promotions locked in on the day I created this hosted group, so your price won't increase due to later market rate changes. Note that Virgin Voyages does not offer price matching — if the public rate drops after you've booked, you'd need to cancel and rebook, which may involve fees.
How do I pay — deposit, full, or monthly?
Your choice. Once you're booked, Virgin Voyages sends you communications to create your own account and make additional payments anytime you like — or you can simply wait and pay everything at once by the May 21, 2027 final payment date. I'll send monthly reminders along the way, plus the cancellation policy and transfer options, so nothing catches you off guard.
When will I get my travel documents?
Provided final payment is received on time, boarding documents and instructions go out via email 30 days or earlier before sailing.

All members of The Cast agree to the following, to keep this a safe, respectful, and genuinely good time for everyone.

Respect & Courtesy
Treat fellow Cast members, crew, local residents, and cultural sites with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Follow the Law
Obey all local laws and regulations at every port. Illegal behavior may result in removal from the Cast and involvement of local authorities.
Group Flow
Be mindful of any hosted meet-ups, Recognition Night, or announced Cast activities — punctuality and communication keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Substances
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Enjoy yourself responsibly — alcohol should never interfere with anyone else's safety or good time.
Safety First
Don't put yourself or others at risk. If you have a medical or safety concern, let me know right away.
You Own Your Choices
Every Cast member is responsible for their own behavior, decisions, and any resulting consequences. Damage caused to property or other people is the financial and legal responsibility of that individual.
Media Presence
Photos and video may be taken during hosted activities. Joining This Is Not a Snoozefest means you're okay with appearing in future Cruise Baddie promotional content — let me know in advance if you'd prefer not to be featured.
Hosting Disclaimer
This is a personally hosted experience. In the rare case of an emergency or unforeseen event that prevents me from attending, a qualified coordinator will be assigned to make sure the experience continues without disruption.
Liability Waiver
By joining this hosted sailing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel. Cruise Baddie Travel Co. and its representatives are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss incurred during the trip.
Cancellation & Refunds
All payments follow Virgin Voyages' cancellation and refund policy for this sailing. Removal from the Cast due to a Code of Conduct violation does not entitle you to a refund.
Your Own Responsibility
While this is a hosted experience, you're responsible for your own transportation, travel documents (passport, visas), and travel insurance. Missed flights or connections are the traveler's responsibility, not Cruise Baddie Travel Co.'s.
Travel Insurance
Strongly recommended for every Sailor — it protects you against unexpected cancellations, emergencies, or delays.
No Outside Solicitation
Cast members may not promote or sell their own services, recruit for other travel businesses, or organize competing events during This Is Not a Snoozefest.

Violating this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Cast without refund, at Cruise Baddie Travel Co.'s discretion. Thank you for helping keep this the good-vibes-only experience it's meant to be. 💛
